Experience:
One year of demonstrated specialized experience which includes, 1.) Leading personnel in performing security functions such as, access control operations, safeguarding personnel, information, critical assets, and regulating pedestrian and vehicular traffic to ensure operations are completed correctly; 2.) Providing guidance in areas of guard force training, based upon personnel performance and observation; AND, 3.) Assisting with personnel management operations, such as monitoring staff performance, reviewing available staffing level on daily shifts and proposing work assignments. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
