Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of an Protective Clothing Inspector Supervisor without more than normal supervision - I have the ability to perform common Protective Clothing Inspector Supervisory duties which includes lead the work of others, serving over a crew of three or more. I can conduct technical inspections of others involved in the work of washing and repairing protective clothing, such as toxicological agent protective (TAP) clothing; I can maintain records pertaining to protective masks; I can check work in progress regarding the washing and repairing of protective clothing; I can resolve recurring routine technical problems on my own initiative. I work under general supervision subject to occasional inspection. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)Ability To Lead or SuperviseAbility To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentKnowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)Trouble ShootingUse of Measuring Instruments PHYSICAL EFFORT; Requires manual dexterity to operate machine controls.
