Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience with various elements of the Chemical Surety Program including but not limited to Chemical Agent Safety, Security and Reliability; and experience with the emergency procedures and requirements for toxic chemical munitions accident/incidents and in the physiological effects of various chemical agents, first aid training and techniques and medical issues relating to the Chemical Surety Program areas. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree from an accredited college or university in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science. Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education by 36. Add the two percentages. Experience:
experience with the requirements and procedures of the Chemical Surety Personnel Reliability Program; experience in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for the identification, and resolution of Chemical Surety issues and programmatic areas involving operational, support and service if the organization; experience with reading and interpreting Army and DOD Regulations and Publications, specifications, standards and other documents providing programmatic information related to the various Chemical Surety program areas; and experience with explosives and toxic chemical safety and security program areas, including routine surety related safety, security practices, regulations and requirements. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
