Responsibilities
:
Impacting the client's business by increasing productivity and decreasing costs by selling Select Staffing's recruitment strategies, that will meet your client's unique needs.
Staying in contact with current and past clients, thus developing additional business opportunities within their organizations, and maintaining good professional relationships.
Attending various community networking events which result in increasing brand awareness and building the customer base.
Maintaining effective documentation and tracking sales activity, in the company's software system

A sales ability to build relationships and create customer loyalty
Excellent ability to multi-task and exercise effective time management
Ability to market to businesses in Pueblo and surrounding communities
Available and reliable transportation
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass a drug and background screen
This salaried position offers $30,000 base annual compensation with additional bonus incentives, paid holidays, excellent benefits, mileage reimbursement, desk and computer access at the Select Staffing office conveniently located on Pueblo's northside, and a company cell phone.
