Assembly Techs needed in Pueblo, Colorado, at a facility located near the Pueblo Airport. The positions start as temporary, but depending on satisfactory performance, attendance, and attitude, the positions can possibly turn into regular fulltime.
Job Description
:
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product.
Education/Experience
:
High school diploma or GED required and will need to provide a copy at time of onterview.
Experience not required but preferred.
Skills and Competencies
:
Team player and detail oriented.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs
Other knowledge helpful, but not required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
:
Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
Determine work assignments and procedures.
Shovel and sweep work areas. Possibly operate heavy equipment suchas forklifts.
Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies.

Drug Test
Physical Agility Exam
Post offer Lift Test
Must provide proof of High School Diploma or GED completion at time of interview
Work skills training will be provided to familiarize new hires with the various processes on the shop floor. Exact placement on the production line will be dependent upon accelerated skills displayed in class and the needs of the factory.
