JOB DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Perform airframe, powerplant, and accessory maintenance, service and inspection on a fleet of Diamond DA20-C1 aircraft. Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft and engine discrepancies. Complete aircraft maintenance documentation. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering and wiring diagrams. Perform engine runs, tow and taxi aircraft. Perform Hourly and Annual Inspections. Perform Designated Inspector duties as requires. Pay differentials may apply to this position for second shift and Designated Inspector Duties.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Type of
Experience: Aircraft Maintenance
License(s)/Certificate(s): FAA Airframe & Powerplant with current Inspection Authorization
Computer Skills: Basic MS Office
Specialized Knowledge or Skills: Reciprocating Engine experience preferred
Other Skills: Composite repair experience preferred
Valid Driver's License: Yes
Security Clearance: Yes
Background Check or Investigation: Yes
