Brief Description of Duties:
Responsible for customer service activities such as receiving customer inquiries, managing field service technicians and customer responses and product issues, quoting, processing sales orders for post sales activities, and providing sales and product support information; conduct field service activities. Participate in indentifying new business opportunities. Provides direction and scheduling to the sales auditors, for continued support to our customers for product audits, training, and customer technical visits. Travel to customer sites for customer relations and product problems as the situation dictates. Ensures that subordinate duties are carried out to the expected level of standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a 4 year Degree in Business or Technical Field preferably with strong Customer Service Experience. Must have at least five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment with at least three (3) years' experience in a management position. Have solid knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software. Travel throughout North America is required.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires a lifting capacity of 80 lbs., unassisted. Hearing and speaking is a required condition of employment of this position. Must work with occasional exposure to industrial or environmental noise, fumes, smoke, dust etc. Must posses the ability to maneuver in manufacturing or construction site environment, use hand tools and equipment, and be able to navigate stairs and ladders.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
