JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for overseeing and the overall coordination of office services (personnel, equipment, budgets, programs, etc.) for assigned department to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Manages P-Cards, expense accounts (preparing and approving)
Works with preferred Corporate suppliers for purchase of supplies and equipment. May negotiate contracts with minority suppliers as necessary to meet contract requirements.
Interacts with all levels of employees
Performs varied administrative duties frequently involving confidential matters relating to company policy and top management issues.
Makes travel arrangements for site personnel/Account Development Manager (ADM)
Assists HR in the completion of form/compliance requests
Conducts New Hire Orientation in the absence of HR
Coordinates meetings/ADM's calendar
Handles time cards, employee requisitions, new policy introductions and other HR functions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+Minimum education
AssocAssociate level degree in business administration preferred; or equivalent high school degree and administrative experience

+Years Experience
3 -5 years of administrative experience

+Other skills
Knowledge of Colorado Employment Laws or some HR experience preferred
Microsoft Office, proficient at Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication and customer service
Must be able to use standard office equipment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
