Salary and
Benefits:
- FNP/PA Primary Care rates $95k
dependent upon experience - FNP/PA Urgent Care rates $125k
dependent upon experience - Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Allowance is Negotiable

Qualifications:
- PA- Federal and Colorado State licensure (PA & DEA) required or NP- Federal and Colorado State licensure (APN, RXN, DEA) required
- BLS Certification required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
