Support Provider for CES/SLS
Integrated Life Choices is now accepting applications for SLS/CES Sub-Contractors.
This position will provide respite and community based support for adults and children with developmental disabilities.
They will support individuals in their community as well as, support them in their daily routines.
RequirementsApplicants MUST be:
oMinimum of 19 years of ageoHave a High School Diploma or GED, experience a plus but not requiredoHave a vehicle, posses a valid Driver's License, current car insurance, and the ability to transport people they are supportingoPass all background checks Recommended Skills Vehicle Insurance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
