COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Senior Director of Integrated Care Up to $100,000 salary Up to $5,000 relocation assistance 401K retirement plan with up to 6% employer match RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Senior Director of Integrated Care As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Integrated Care workflows across 4 clinics with a private, not-for-profit provider of both mental health and community health services Work with executive leadership and fellow senior directors on internal projects Build rapport with behavioral health, nursing, and oral health teams More than 30 years of stability - including through the pandemic QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Senior Director of Integrated Care Licensed Clinical Social Workers and certified Psychologists are welcome to apply Knowledge of Integrated Care required Experience with leadership and/or developing and implementing integrated care workflows preferred Must be open to travel to the four clinics as needed COMMUNITY Senior Director of Integrated Care Outdoors paradise and popular tourist location in the southwest mountains of Colorado Enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, white-water rafting, snow skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, and more!
